Bet Ha'am Facilites Use Policy  

Bet Ha'am Facilities Use Policy - This sets forth temple policies, procedures, and restrictions regarding use and rental of its facilities and equipment by congregation members and the public. 

Bet Ha'am Facility Rental Fees - Lists fees for rental of Bet Ha'am facilities (sanctuary, social hall, classrooms, etc.) by congregation memebers and the public.

Bet Ha'am Facilities Use Contract - Two-part form used to contract for use of Bet Ha'am facilities by congregation members or the public.  Part I must be submitted to reserve Bet Ha'am facilities for a certain date.  Please be mindful that not all dates and times will be available or may already be reserved.  Part II must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the function, for all approved events, and requires detailed information about the function.

Bet Ha'am Rules and Regulations for Third Party Service Providers - Provides details regarding the responsibilities of third party service providers (including but not limited to caterers, entertainers, etc.) working in Bet Ha'am facilities.  The includes details regarding required documentation, food prep and clean-up, decorations, scheduling of deliveries, etc.

Bet Ha'am Caterer Responsibilites for Kitchen Clearn-up - Lists caterer's responsibilities regarding the condition of the kitchen following an event.
