From Massachusetts, New Hampshire and southwestern Maine
Take Interstate 95/Maine Turnpike north to Exit 45 (formerly Exit 7). From northern or central Maine and Canada, take I-95/Maine Turnpike south to Exit 45 (formerly Exit 7). After exiting, follow the signs to U.S. Route 1, South Portland. Turn left on Route 1 (Main Street) and left again on Westbrook Street (Route 9). Bet Ha'am is on the right.
From the Portland International Jetport
Exit left onto Congress Street/Route 22 West. Bear left through the next traffic light toward South Portland via Western Avenue (Route 9 West). Travel about two and a half miles, toward and past Interstate 295. Bet Ha'am is on the left.
From Midcoast Maine and Downeast
Take U.S. Route 1 or Interstate 295 south through Portland. Take Exit 3 and turn left at the traffic light onto Westbrook Street (Route 9). Travel three-quarters of a mile; Bet Ha'am is on the left.
From Bangor
Take I-95 south and merge onto I-295 south. Take Exit 3 and turn left at the traffic light onto Westbrook Street (Route 9). Travel three-quarters of a mile; Bet Ha'am is on the left.
