Landon Krandall

Dr. Landon Krandall (he/they) lives in South Portland with his dog Wiggles. With a career background in K-12 education, Landon holds a Doctorate in Education from Northeastern University with a focus on curriculum and professional learning. He began attending Bet Ha’am in January 2022 and has attended Friday Shabbat and holidays most every opportunity since. Born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan, they moved to New England to attend college and moved to Maine in 2018. He came to Bet Ha’am seeking community and further connection to both spirituality and family history. Landon’s partner, Ashton (he/him), will sometimes join in the festivities at Bet Ha’am and volunteers often to help around the congregation. In Landon’s free time he is an avid reader of books and can also be found exploring coffee shops, enjoying the beach, appreciating the view on a hike, spending time with loved ones, or traveling whenever and wherever possible.
