Stephanie Bruce

Bio: I was born and raised in Springfield, Massachusetts. I married my childhood sweetheart in 2012 and in 2019, we adopted our beloved dog Freya. Our move to Portland in 2021 was driven by career opportunities and a desire for new experiences. 

I joined Bet Ha’am in 2022 when I made the decision to convert to Judaism. Since then, I have actively engaged with the community, working as a weekend staff member, volunteering for numerous events, and serving on the kitchen cabinet committee. 

Professionally, I am a data analyst for Lowe’s Home Improvement. In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending time at the beach, learning to read Hebrew, and taking my pup on long walks.

 

I am eager to serve the Bet Ha’am community. As a childless young professional and a recent convert, I hope to offer unique perspectives and contribute meaningfully to our community’s growth and well-being.
