Have you ever wanted to delve more deeply into understanding Jewish worship? Have you felt called to step up to the bimah and help lead our congregation in worship, but hesitated because you felt you lacked the knowledge, experience, or confidence? We have an opportunity for you to deepen your knowledge, whether or not you think you might want to lead worship one day.
We are incredibly blessed to have Rabbi Saks guiding us, but as our community thrives, so does the need for passionate, knowledgeable lay leaders to step forward during times he is away or fulfilling other responsibilities. By joining the series of in-person Lay Leader Worship Workshops taught by Rabbi Saks, attendees will be introduced to the fundamentals necessary to help carry forward our congregation's cherished tradition of lay-led prayer. Participation in this seminar may place participants in a select pool of lay leaders who can take the bimah when the Rabbi is unavailable.
Leading worship is an extraordinarily meaningful experience—one that deepens your own spiritual connection while providing a vital service that is deeply appreciated by your fellow congregants. No matter your current level of experience, this workshop will provide the tools, guidance, and support you need to feel confident on the bimah.
Take this step to grow, lead, and inspire our community. Sign up today!
